When will the merger take place?
The weekend of June 15th. On June 18, 2007, the same office in which you’ve been banking will open as usual. The only difference will be the name and added services.
How will my accounts change?

How will Bill Pay and Online Banking be affected?
It is important to remember to insure that your transactions are processed in a timely manner, please submit all Bill Pay transactions and Online Banking transactions prior to midnight on June 14th. More information will follow in a letter to online banking and bill pay customers.
Are Online Banking and Bill Pay still free?
Yes. You’ll be able to enjoy Online Banking and Bill Pay free.
