To transfer and establish direct deposit: Employer or deposit initiator's name and address
To transfer or cancel an automatic payment: A copy of your latest statement with your billing information
Remember to bring all automatic payments; cable, utilities, mortgage, gym memberships, etc. To close an account at another bank: Old bank name, address and account number
